Trail description
The Cima Piazzi glacier is an emblem of Alta Valtellina. Through this route you can get very close, to fully enjoy its majesty.
The route starts from Bormio and reaches Isolaccia via paths and cycle paths. From there begins the real climb, 7 km long, but with many challenging sections. The destination is very characteristic and the view is suggestive. The return is the same up to Isolaccia and then there are small alternatives to reach Bormio.
